🥂Ring in the New Year with Intentional Teas ✨

Happy New Year! We have said goodbye to another year and have our hearts open to new possibilities of vitality and health. We are excited to celebrate and embrace wellness during the New Year with herbs and our tea blends, which can offer focus, joy, cleansing, and so much more.

A few years ago I started choosing words that described the feeling and vibe I wanted to create for myself. When I wanted to feel that I had some belonging my word was connection. When I needed to be in a space of being more productive my phrase was just do it, which helped me from overthinking and procrastinating on pursuing some of my goals. Now I make a good cup of tea and set intentions for the New Calendar Year.

Herbs can help to provide us with so much, and we barely scratch the surface of tapping into all the amazingness that herbs have to offer to us. This year we are focusing on growing in knowledge and growing our communi-teas knowledge on the properties of herbs and the connection they hold to us and our ancestors.

Welcome to our Family Table of healers, educators, entrepreneurs, and comedians.

Minty Mix for Focus

Just Breathe. As the new year brings on a fresh start we often are looking for ways to focus so we can crush our new year's resolutions. The coolness of peppermint and spearmint aroma improves alertness and concentration.

Our Mint blend is perfect hot or iced. Sip throughout the day especially after a meal to prevent the itis. Make it a habit to sip mint tea at least 2-4 times a week and take note of the changes you have mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Chai for Success

Success means different things to each of us but regardless we all want to achieve our version of success. The new year brings on goal-setting and fresh start vibes. The warming spices of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom promotes success and brings prosperity.

We have 4+ chai blends you can sip with or without caffeine. Make it a a part of your morning routine to sip chai tea early in the morning to start your day at least 2-4 times a week. Take note of how the chai warms your body, improves your digestion, soothes your mind, and more. Make your tea on the stovetop to have the warm cinnamon spices wrap you up in a hug and start your day off with a bang!

Hakuna Matata for Joy

Chamomile and Lavender are often used for their relaxing properties. We all know that when you are well rested you can be more joyous and have the motivation to be more productive. Moreover, our moods are 💯% better.

Sip this tea 2-3 hours before bed 2-4 times a week and take a bath with it. How does the tea make you feel? Do you feel more relaxed? More Zen? Or focused on the task at hand?

After we steep our first cup of tea we recommend putting the used tea leaves in a tea bag and placing it in the bath with you. Not taking a bath that night, no worries. Simply freeze the tea bag until you are ready for that warm lavender + chamomile bath to lull you to sleep.

Energy Adjustment for Energy + Concentration

Pump, Pump it up! Are you trying to be amongst the 8% of Americans who keep their New Year resolutions? Energy Adjustments honestly adjusts your energy by giving you a boost of energy from the green tea and ceremonial grade matcha to aiding in your concentration with the Gotu Kola and Ginkgo. This tea brings balance to your body because the caffeine is a long lasting caffeine without all the jitters. It is also packed with fatigue fighting herbs to keep you alert, concentrate, and sharp.

Make it a practice to only go for a cup of caffeine 2-3 times a week. How does your body react? Were you more productive?

We recommend sipping this tea no later than 3pm unless you are planning to stay up through the night. Sip this tea hot or iced.

Moringa Moringa for Cleansing

At the beginning of the year we want that "new year, fresh start" feeling. Adding Moringa to your daily routine is an easy and perfect way to assist your body with cleansing and rejuvenating itself. Moringa is a superfood, which is super because it is packed with so many vitamins and minerals that our body needs. Our Moringa Moringa blend is paired with burdock root and bilberries, which support the liver to restore itself.

Sip this tea at least 2-3 times a week. Did this tea make you go to the bathroom? Do you feel light and fresh in your gut?

Have fun with it and add in fresh pieces of orange slices, lemon slices, and or pineapple slices to give it an extra pop of flavor.

 Happy Sipping!
