Sip with Confidence: Jayida Ché Return & Refund Policy

We want you to steep in satisfaction with every sip of Jayida ChĂ© tea and every piece of our sipware! If, for some reason, your recent purchase isn’t quite what you envisioned, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free experience.

Here’s how it works:

Love it in 30 Days: You have 30 days from your purchase date (in-store or online) to return your item(s). The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can help you find your perfect cup!

What Can Be Returned:

  • Sipware: We happily accept unopened sipware in its original packaging. Please let us know why you are returning the item.

  • Tea: Didn’t love the flavor profile? No problem! We’ll gladly offer you store credit to explore our other delicious blends and find your perfect match. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used tea products.

Broken Sipware After Leaving the Shop:
We know accidents happen, and it’s the worst when a favorite cup or mug breaks. However, any sipware that is damaged after leaving the shop is not covered under our standard return or replacement policy. We cannot offer complimentary replacements for breakage after purchase.

Making a Return:

  • In-Store: Simply bring your receipt or proof of purchase to our friendly staff.

  • Online: Reach out to our tea experts at goodtea@jayidache.com or call us at 404-424-4069. We’ll provide easy return instructions based on your purchase method.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

After 30 Days? No Worries!
If you’re outside the 30-day window but within 60 days, we can still offer a store gift card for the full value of your purchase.

Additional Notes:

  • This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.

  • Gift recipients can exchange their gifts for items of equal value.

  • Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used tea products.

  • Broken sipware after leaving the shop is not eligible for replacement.

Shipping it Out:
We ship to the US and Canada via US Mail.

Need it faster? Let us know, and we can arrange expedited or ground shipping. Extra shipping costs may apply. Even with expedited shipping, please allow 3-5 days for us to get your order ready.

A Note on Shipping:
Shipping costs are based on package weight. If your package gets lost or can’t be delivered (wrong address, no one’s home, etc.), we’ll give you store credit. Check out our refund policy for more details.
