Our current shipping method is US Mail. We ship to US and Canada.
Expedited shipping and Ground shipping are available as a special request. The cost for this service will be the responsibility of the customer. Note that turn around time of 3 - 5 days for processing an order still applies to these orders.
Shipping costs for orders are based on total weight of the package/s. Jayida Che' Herbal Tea Spot is not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect address, problems at address upon delivery, or because there was no one at the address to receive the package/s. Store credit will be applied in these situations. See refund policy for more detail.
For problems with your order, please notify us as soon as you are aware of the problem (return or replacement opportunity is voided after 30 days of delivery).
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
