POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

TEA-rista Brand Affiliate: We are currently seeking a TEA-rista  to work on our brand affiliate team, which does not require you to report to our tea shops in Atlanta, Ga. Each affiliate will receive a special link or code for their communi-tea to use when checking out. 

Job Responsibilities: 

Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.

Creating social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers.

Must be able to capture instagram quality photos and videos

Must post to your social media platforms on a daily and weekly basis

Building rapport with customers 

Engage on our social media platforms by leaving a comment or participating in our stories

Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.

Representing the company at product launches and pop ups as requested.

Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.

Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times

 

 Preferred:

• Familiar with teas and herbs in some capacity. Do not have be an expert. 
• Knowledgeable of social media platforms (instagram, facebook, twitter, and tik tok)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Creative and Innovative 
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to curate pretty content and informational content

TEA-rista: We are currently seeking a TEA-rista  to work our tea shop(s) in Atlanta, Ga. Must be available to work a minimum of 15+ hours a week. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

Job Responsibilities:

Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to learn quickly

Ability to multi-task

Good math skills.

Good and effective verbal communication skills

Attention to details 

Well organized

Adheres to all recipe and presentation standards set by Jayida Ché to produce quality beverages, loose leaf products, and etc.

Must comply with company policy and manufacturing practice, providing a positive example for others.

Maintains regular and punctual attendance

 

Preferred:

Experience in retail, sales, and food service preferred

Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

Ability to stand for hours at time

Lift 25+ lb
